About The Service

This service is ideal for someone who loves warhammer but doesn't have enough time to paint or someone who adores playing warhammer but doesn't like painting or isn't a master skillsman with a paint brush. Here, if your one of those people, your prayers have been answered. I will paint your models at a price we will agree on so you can play and collect the marvellous range of warhammer with no hassle. Interested? Have a look at the website.

Terms and Conditions

  1. You can probably understand that I wont always be able to do exactly what you would like me to do, such as, say on a banner you would like me to reproduce 'The Mona Lisa', but I could easily limit myself to say, colour sheme or stand texture.
  2. I will only paint Warhammer or Warhammer 40k, why? Because thats my only field of practice.
  3. I hope you will understand that unless you provide me with the right amount of description of how you would like your model to look, I cannot be blamed if it does not look like your ideal. Much will depend upon the accuracy of how you fill out the form.
  4. There is not a fixed price for my work. I will take in your details and I will propose what I think is an agreeable price. This will depend much on the scale of the model, the level of detail and how much time it will take me to carry it out.
  5. I will not give my home address out lightly. You have to be serious about the transaction before I will give you my address.
  6. When we agree on the price of the transaction you post me the warhammer along with the check of the price we decided.
  7. You must fill in the order form located here on my website before any hope of a transaction.

Order Form

The order form is essential to a potentional transaction. It is a form that you fill so I can get a good idea of what youwant your model to look like. I wil only accept up to 1 model at a time but can make acceptions for regiments or squads. When paying for regiments or squads I strongly advise you to select a low level of painting detail as I only make small discounts for men in a regiment e.g. every man in a regiment is what you would normally pay for it take off 10%. I arrange all of these matters through email and am perfectly happy to explain my terms to you that way. On the order form is a list of options designed so that you can get me to make what you want. Email me if you would like the order form and I shall email it to you. You are at perfect liberty to put pictures on the order form of what you would like me to paint. Once you have finished the order form email it to me and I shall email you with the cost of the transaction. If you agree I shall send you my address and you send me the warhammer along with the agreed sum of money I shall paint it to the requirements and send it back. If you are not satisfied with it and it is my entire fault send it back and I shall repaint it. This is my email adress stuart@currie685.fsbusiness.co.uk. try it and ask me for an order form.

My Warhammer History

I became interested in warhammer at the age of 6 and I still am. I've entered Gamesday before but have not yet achived anything, I collected Bretonnians for a while and stuck with them but I've more or less tried every warhammer army. I decided to start selling warhammer on eBay almost a year ago and it was quite profitable. I enjoy painting but I like getting payed for painting more, thats why I decided to set up this website. I honestly swear, hand on my heart that I am trustworthy and you can follow that up by looking on my feedback score on eBay. Just go to 'community' on the home screen, type in stuart-m-currie into the search bar and click the name - its nearly one hundred percent positive! Here is a photo of one of my most recent sales,

How to Paint Wood Elf Scouts(Glade Guard)

These are the first wood elves I painted in my army. I shall give you a quick overview of how I painted them: Wood Elf Scouts

For these instructions the paints you will require are: Vermin brown, Bestial brown, Scorched brown, Bleached bone, Mithril silver, Golden yellow, Skull white, Brown ink, Chestnut ink, Dark angels green, Dark flesh, Dwarf flesh.

These models were first undercoated with Chaos black spray.

The Leather: The leather armour, boots ect., were painted with a basecoat of scorched brown, which was highlighted using bestial brown. This was then further highlighted with bleached bone and finally picked out with skull white. Then the whole thing was given a wash of brown ink.

The Green, Cloak, parts of tunic: The green areas were all given a basecoat of Dark angels green. Then parts like the cloak and some of the tabbard and tunic were highlighted with roughly 3:1 parts dark angels green and golden yellow, continue the highlighting adding more yellow each time until you are left with exproximately 1:3 dark angels green and golden yellow.

The Green, Parts of tunic and tabbard: These areas were painted much like the other green exept you add Skull white each highlight instead of Golden yellow.

The Flesh: The flesh was painted with a basecoat of Dark flesh, which was highlighted with Dwarf flesh. Simply add Skull white to Dwarf flesh, until you have roughly 3:1 parts Skull white and Dwarf flesh.

The Bow: The bows darker parts were given a basecoat of Bestial brown which was highlighted with Vermin brown. The
lighter parts of the bow were given a basecoat of Bleached bone which was highlighted with skull white.

The Metal: The metal was given a basecoat of mithril silver. This was then given a wash of Chestnut ink.

This painting scheme is painted to Average level of detail.
